40:83-7.Ā Complaint for removal;Ā hearing
Upon the filing of such complaint, a certified copy thereof shall be servedĀ upon such person at least five days before the hearing and at such hearing suchĀ person shall have the right to be represented by counsel, to produce and haveĀ process to compel the attendance of witnesses on his own behalf and toĀ cross-examine the witnesses produced against him, and said city manager shallĀ have power to issue writs of subpoena to compel the attendance of witnesses atĀ said hearing.
