Deputy surveyors of the western division of New Jersey may take depositionsĀ or affirmations of citations being duly served, as also, in relation to cornerĀ lines and boundaries of land, wherein they are called to survey or resurvey,Ā which depositions or affirmations they are hereby authorized to administer.
