42:4-14.Ā Powers and duties of guardian in general
When a partnership is dissolved as provided by section 42:4-13 of this Title, or is otherwise dissolved by due course of law, and a member thereof hasĀ been or shall be adjudged a lunatic, the guardian of such lunatic, in the nameĀ and behalf of his ward, may join and concur with the other members of theĀ partnership or other persons interested in disposing of all the partnershipĀ property, in such manner and upon such terms as the court may direct.
