43:10-104.Ā Management and control of fund;Ā investment
The board of chosen freeholders of said county shall have the management andĀ control of said fund and is hereby empowered to make all necessary rules andĀ regulations concerning the same not inconsistent with this act; all moneys notĀ needed for the immediate payment of such pensions shall be invested by the saidĀ board of chosen freeholders in interest-bearing bonds of any municipality ofĀ this State or in any other interest-bearing securities in which savings banksĀ of this State are authorized to invest their funds.
