43:10-18.17.Ā Administrative expenses
The pension commission shall estimate and certify, annually, to the board ofĀ chosen freeholders of the county, a reasonable amount required to defray theĀ administrative expenses of this retirement system in the ensuing year, and theĀ board of chosen freeholders shall pay such amount to the pension commission asĀ other expense funds of the county are paid.
