Statutes > New-jersey > Title-43 > Section-43-10 > 43-10-29-243:10-29.2. Effect of resolution The adoption of a resolution pursuant to this act shall not impair the pension rights of any county detective theretofore employed, nor shall it relieve the county of its obligation to maintain a pension fund under this article for such previously appointed county detectives.
