43:10-29.5.Ā  Limitations on adjustment No adjustment shall be made beyond those permitted to be made for pensionersĀ  in State administered retirement systems, as promulgated by the Director of theĀ  Division of Pensions in accordance with the provisions of the "PensionĀ  Increase Act"Ā  (P.L.1958, c. 143).
