43:11-2.Ā Time between removal and reinstatement of policemen allowed in certain cases
When a member of the police department in any municipality has been removedĀ from employment therein without charges being preferred against him, or hasĀ been removed from employment by reason of the disbanding of a police department, and has subsequently been reinstated, the time elapsed between suchĀ removal and reinstatement shall be computed as time in actual service in determining his right to retirement from service in the department.
