43:13-22.  Existing funds and pension associations not affected This article shall not be construed to affect in any manner any pension fund  organized on or created under any law prior to July fourth, one thousand nine  hundred and twenty-seven, or any pension association or corporation organized  or existing under a law existing on July fourth, one thousand nine hundred and  twenty-seven, or any of the members thereof.
