43:13-22.65.Ā  Unlawful action--bar to pension If any member shall become incapacitated from or shall lose his life in theĀ  performance or commission of any unlawful act which would warrant his dismissalĀ  from the employ of the city, no pension shall be paid to such member or to hisĀ  widow, her husband, his or her children or dependent parents.
