43:13-54.  Unlawful action a bar to pension If any municipal employee or officer shall become incapacitated from or loses his life in the performance or commission of any unlawful act which would  warrant his dismissal from the employ of the village, no pension shall be paid  to such employee or officer or to his widow, her husband, his or her children  or dependent parents.
