43:13-9.1.Ā Deduction of premiums for group hospitalization and medical-surgical insurance
In connection with the deduction of premiums for group hospitalization and medical-surgical insurance, as provided in section 43:13-9 of the Revised Statutes, the commission, as far as possible, shall arrange for the continuanceĀ of the group rate for such premiums payable for a member after the retirementĀ of such member.
