43:15A-23.Ā Expense fund The expenses of administration of the retirement system on behalf of State employee members shall be paid by the State of New Jersey.
The administration fees hereafter paid by participating employers other thanĀ the State, shall be used to pay the expenses of administration of the retirement system on behalf of all members other than State employees.
