43:15A-33.10.Ā Partial invalidity
If any clause, sentence, subdivision, paragraph, section or part of this actĀ be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be ineffective, suchĀ determination shall not affect or impair the remainder thereof, but shall beĀ confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, subdivision, paragraph,Ā section or part thereof directly involved in the controversy in which saidĀ determination shall have been rendered.
