43:16A-39.Ā First or second class counties--Police employees of county parkĀ commission;Ā admission
The board of trustees may by resolution admit as members into the retirementĀ system the police employees of any county park commission in counties of theĀ first or second class.Ā Whenever any such county park commission shall soĀ request, the board of trustees shall make an investigation to determine theĀ eligibility of the county applicants and may thereafter, subject to theĀ provisions of the act to which this act is a supplement and the rules andĀ regulations of the board of trustees, admit such persons to membership in theĀ retirement system.
