43:16-2.1.Ā Applicability of increases
The increases under this act shall apply only to pensions payable on accountĀ of retirements or deaths occurring after January 11, 1956; provided, however,Ā that such increases shall be applicable only to payments becoming due after theĀ month in which this act becomes effective.
