The board of trustees shall, at its first meeting and at each annual meetingĀ thereafter, elect a chairman, secretary and treasurer and any other officers itĀ deems necessary.Ā The board may fix a compensation for the secretary andĀ treasurer, but the chairman of the board shall serve without compensation.
