43:2-7.Ā  Law secretary or secretary-stenographer of Superior Court Judge; transfer from county to State retirement system In the event of a change or transfer of a Superior Court Judge assigned to the Law Division to another county, division of the Superior Court, or court inĀ  the State judicial system, any law secretary or secretary-stenographer thenĀ  serving such Superior Court Judge who is a member of a county retirement systemĀ  shall be transferred to the State Employees' Retirement System, with fullĀ  credit for past service, and the total amount credited to such law secretary orĀ  secretary-stenographer by reason of payments theretofore made by the member andĀ  by the county, together with interest, shall be transferred by the county toĀ  the State Employees' Retirement System.Ā  Any member so transferred shall beĀ  admitted to the State Employees Retirement System at the rate of deduction applicable to his age at the time of such transfer.
