43:21-24.16.Ā Beginning and termination of extended benefit period
a.Ā Whenever an extended benefit period is to become effective in this StateĀ as a result of a stateĀ "on"Ā indicator, or an extended benefit period is to beĀ terminated in this State as a result of a stateĀ "off" indicator, the divisionĀ shall make an appropriate public announcement.
b.Ā Computations required by the provisions of paragraph f. of section fiveĀ shall be made by the division, in accordance with regulations prescribed by theĀ United States Secretary of Labor.
