43:3C-8.Ā Rules and regulations
The Director of the Division of Pensions shall promulgate those rules and regulations pursuant to theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act,"Ā P.L. 1968, c. 410Ā (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
