43:5-2.Ā Retirement on age and service for disability
A person not having a fixed term of office who has been continuously in theĀ employ of the state for a period of twenty-five years and has reached the ageĀ of sixty years, may retire or be retired at any time thereafter by reason ofĀ becoming physically or otherwise incapacitated for service to the state, ifĀ such physical or other disability shall have developed during his term of service.
