43:7-18.1.Ā Operation of pension fund by pension commission;Ā rules and regulations
The pension commission shall have the general responsibility for the properĀ operation of the pension fund, subject to the provisions of P.L.1955, c. 70 (C.Ā 52:18A-95 et seq.).
The commission may make all necessary rules and regulations.Ā Such rules andĀ regulations shall be consistent with those adopted by the other pension fundsĀ within the Division of Pensions in order to permit the most economical andĀ uniform administration of all such retirement systems.
