43:8A-2.Ā Alcoholic Beverage Law Enforcement Officers Pension Fund
A pension fund is hereby created for the purpose of providing retirement allowances and other benefits for law enforcement officers under the provisionsĀ of this act.Ā The pension fund so created shall be established on October 1,Ā 1953.Ā It shall have the powers and privileges of a corporation and shall beĀ known as theĀ "Alcoholic Beverage Law Enforcement Officers' Pension Fund"Ā andĀ by such name all of its business shall be transacted, all of its fundsĀ invested, and all of its cash and securities and property held in trust for theĀ purpose for which received.
