43:8B-15.Ā Rules and regulations;Ā annual report
The Director of the Division of Pensions of the State Department of the Treasury shall promulgate such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with theĀ provisions of the Pension Increase Act (P.L.1969, c. 169), (C. 43:3B-1 et seq.)Ā and this act, as he shall deem necessary for the effective operation of theĀ program.Ā He shall include a report of the operation of the Pension IncreaseĀ Act (P.L.1969, c. 169) (C. 43:3B-1 et seq.) and this act in his annual reportĀ submitted to the Governor and the Legislature regarding all of the operationsĀ of the Division of Pensions.
