44:1-10.2 - County welfare board to mean county board of social services

44:1-10.2.  County welfare board to mean county board of social services For any county which has adopted a resolution or ordinance pursuant to section 1 of this act, whenever the term  "county welfare board"  appears in the statutes it shall mean the  "county board of social services."
