Overseers shall, annually, make to their county, municipal governing bodies,Ā or district board, as the case may be, within thirty days after the firstĀ meeting thereof in the year, a report or reports, in writing, which shall be aĀ summary of the entries of the records mentioned and authorized in thisĀ chapter.
