44:1-131.Ā Continuance of relief
At the expiration of the six months' period for which relief is ordered, andĀ every succeeding such period of time thereafter, the overseer may, if furtherĀ relief is necessary in the case, apply to the court for an order directing theĀ continuance of the relief for a like period, and that relief shall be payableĀ upon the further order of the court.
