44:4-25.Ā Supervision of old age relief
On the establishment of a county welfare board in any county, the functionsĀ and powers theretofore vested in and the duties required of and theretoforeĀ exercised by any welfare board for the supervision of old age relief in suchĀ county shall be taken over by, transferred to, vested in and exercised by theĀ county welfare board established under the provisions of this chapter.
