Sections ten to fifteen, inclusive, and sections twenty-one to twenty-four,Ā inclusive, of chapter one hundred thirty of the laws of one thousand nineĀ hundred and forty are hereby expressly repealed.Ā Sections 44:1-102 toĀ 44:1-127, inclusive, and sections 44:4-57 to 44:4-81, inclusive, of the RevisedĀ Statutes are hereby superseded insofar as they are inconsistent with theĀ provisions of this act.
