The commissioner may make payments, from time to time, under the above stated formula to any such municipality in advance of the determination of suchĀ municipality'sĀ "current year's public assistance load"Ā on the basis of estimates made by him of such municipality'sĀ "current year's public assistanceĀ load"Ā making such adjustments in later payments to each such municipality asĀ may be required when such municipality's actualĀ "current year's publicĀ assistance load"Ā is determined.
