45:12-18.Ā Account and report of receipts and expenditures
An itemized account of all the receipts and expenditures of the board shallĀ be kept by the secretary-treasurer, and a detailed report thereof each year,Ā ending with June thirtieth, duly verified by the affidavit of said secretary-treasurer, shall be filed with the State Comptroller within ten days thereafter.Ā Nothing in this section or section 45:12-17 of this Title shall beĀ construed as modifying in any respect the provisions of sections 45:1-3 andĀ 45:1-4 of this Title.
