45:14A-3.Ā Exemption of licensed professional engineers, land surveyors andĀ registered architects
Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit any licensed professionalĀ engineer, land surveyor or registered architect in the State of New Jersey fromĀ engaging in any or all of the functions or performing any or all of theĀ services set forth in this act, provided however that such persons shall notĀ hold themselves out as professional planners or planners.
