45:14B-20.Ā License without examination
The board may issue a license by an examination of credentials to any applicant who presents evidence that he (a) is licensed or certified as a psychologist in another State with requirements for said license or certificateĀ such that the board is of the opinion that said applicant is competent toĀ engage in the practice of psychology in this State or (b) holds a diploma fromĀ a nationally recognized psychological board or agency.
