45:19-23.Ā Licensees of other states
Any person, firm, association or corporation incorporated or licensed underĀ the laws of any other State of the United States, and intending to conduct aĀ private detective business or act as a private detective or investigator withinĀ this State shall file in the office of the superintendent a written applicationĀ duly signed and verified and obtain from the superintendent a license as hereinĀ provided and shall be subject to all the provisions of this act.
