45:20-3.Ā To keep toll measures
Every miller shall keep in his mill an exact measure of one tenth part of aĀ bushel, and of one twentieth part of a bushel, for his toll measures, with aĀ fit instrument to strike said measures, which shall be stricken whenever tollĀ is taken;Ā and if he fails in any of these particulars, he shall forfeit andĀ pay three dollars, to be recovered as aforesaid.
