Before a license issued pursuant to this article shall be valid the licenseeĀ shall affix his signature thereto in the presence of the county clerk or a dulyĀ authorized representative thereof, who shall sign as witness, and who shallĀ affix thereto a photograph of the licensee which shall be supplied by theĀ licensee, and shall be two inches by three inches in size. No license shall beĀ valid without the photograph attached.
