45:3B-4.Ā Members;Ā appointment;Ā qualifications
The committee shall consist of nine residents of this State who shall be appointed by the Governor.Ā Four members shall be audiologists or speech-language pathologists who shall fulfill the licensure requirements of this act, but not more than three of these members may represent the area of audiology or speech-language pathology.Ā Two members shall be persons who are licensed to practice medicine and surgery by this State, one who is a diplomateĀ of the American Board of Otolaryngology and one who is a diplomate of theĀ American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology.Ā Two members shall be publicĀ members and one member shall be a State representative.
