45:5A-4.Ā Compensation;Ā traveling expenses
Each member of the board shall receive $25.00 for each day of actual serviceĀ in attending meetings of the board at which business is transacted and inĀ addition shall be entitled to be reimbursed for his necessary travelingĀ expenses;Ā provided, such compensation in 1 fiscal year shall not exceedĀ $1,000.00 per member.
