45:6-5.Ā Receipts and expenditures;Ā secretary-treasurer's bond
All moneys received shall be held by the secretary-treasurer and paid out only upon resolution of the board and warrant of its president.Ā The secretary-treasurer shall give bond in such sum and with such surety as the board may, from time to time, direct and approve.Ā A statement of all moneys received and disbursed by the board shall be annually submitted to the governorĀ in the annual report of the board.
