45:7-53.Ā Licenses;Ā signing by board members;Ā expiration
All licenses and renewals thereof issued pursuant to the provisions of thisĀ act shall be signed by the members of the board and shall have the seal of theĀ board affixed thereto, and shall expire and terminate on the first day ofĀ September next following the date of their issue, unless sooner revoked andĀ cancelled.
