45:9-41.12. Term "board" defined As used in P.L.1953, c.233 (C.45:9-41.5 et al.) the term "board" means the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners in the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety established pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1989, c.153 (C.45:9-41.20).
