45:9-42.37 - Evaluation program
45:9-42.37.Ā Evaluation program The department shall establish and conduct a clinical laboratory evaluationĀ program to:
a.Ā Prescribe minimum standards of performance in the examination of specimens;
b.Ā Test the proficiency of clinical laboratories to determine if minimum standards of performance are being met;Ā and
c.Ā Develop and organize appropriate consultation and training activities inĀ clinical laboratory procedures with the purpose of improving the quality ofĀ performance of clinical laboratories licensed by this act.
