45:9-44.Ā  Contents of certificate of incorporation
Such certificate shall set forth:

a.Ā  The name or title assumed to designate the association;

b.Ā  The place or places in this state where the purposes of the associationĀ  are to be carried out;

c.Ā  The purposes for which the association shall be formed;Ā  and

d.Ā  The names of the governors or directors who shall manage its affairs forĀ  the first year of its existence.
