45:9-55.Ā Penalty for nonperformance of duties
Any person having duties enjoined upon him by the provisions of this articleĀ who shall neglect, refuse or omit to perform the same required shall, onĀ conviction thereof, be liable to a fine of not less than ten dollars nor moreĀ than one hundred dollars for each offense.
