46:16-11.  Deeds or instruments proved as provided by section 46:14-4
    When a deed or instrument has been duly proved as provided by section 46:14-4 of this title, the same shall be recorded by the county recording officer of the county in which such proof shall be made, and shall have the same  force and effect as to notice as other deeds or instruments, and the record  thereof, when acknowledged or proved, certified and recorded.
