46:16-4.3.  Arrangement or wage-earner plan and order of confirmation; notice;  where recorded;  indexing    A certified copy of an arrangement or wage-earner plan and of the order of the bankruptcy court confirming the same may be recorded in the office of the county clerk or register of deeds and mortgages of any county, as the case may be, and shall impart the same notice that an instrument of transfer from the trustee in bankruptcy to the debtor or such other person if recorded would impart.  Any such certified copy shall be recorded in a book called  "deeds," and shall be indexed by the name of the debtor or such other person under "grantees"  and by the name of the trustee in bankruptcy under  "grantors."
