46:18-11.8. Regulations 3.The Commissioner of Banking and Insurance may promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the provisions of P.L.1975, c.137 (C.46:18-11.2 et seq.).
