46:2C-7.Ā Definitions
"Employer"Ā andĀ "employee"Ā as used herein include a self-employed personĀ or persons, andĀ "trust"Ā includes trusts whose assets are commingled by theĀ trustee with the assets of other trusts pursuant to any law authorizing theĀ collective investment of trust funds, or pursuant to the express terms of theĀ trust.
