46:3-1.Ā Feudal tenures abolished
The feudal tenure estates, and the incidents thereof, taken away, dischargedĀ and abolished from and after March twelfth, one thousand six hundred andĀ sixty-four, by section two of an act entitledĀ "An act concerning tenures,"Ā passed February eighteenth, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-five, shallĀ so continue to be taken away, discharged and abolished; and no such estate, orĀ any incident thereof, shall, at any time, be created in any manner whatsoever.
