46:38-37.Ā Model act;Ā application and repeal
"An act concerning gifts of securities to minors,"Ā approved July 14, 1955Ā (P.L.1955, c. 139), hereinafter called theĀ "Model Act,"Ā shall not apply toĀ any gift made to a minor on or after the effective date of this act. The ModelĀ Act is repealed effective July 1, 1985.
